Proximity to Landmarks
Good service Clean room and yummy food Ali was very helpful and gentle. The hotel is proximity to many landmarks and walking distance from metro. So it was a very good choice . They need to renovate their entrance to make the hotel look fancy and decent

Staff is very friendly and hotel is well located close to everything. Ask for Ali in case you need any help he is an amazing guy. Hotel close to Dubai mall and metro station. Rooftop is nice They need to improve their entrance to make it look more fancy

Is perfect stay every corner is a great wonderful view and I love to stay here so much...will definately come back again..thanks for the services from all staff. This place is nearby to dubai mall ,and the view burj khalifa, and also fast check in too.
Great Venues for Events
We held an event at Carlton Hotel Tower last March 30, 2025, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The venue was well-prepared, and the staff were courteous, professional, and very supportive throughout the event. A special mention to Ms. Jolina, who was exceptionally accommodating and helpful—she ensured all our needs were met and was always available for assistance. Her support truly made a difference in the success of the event. Thank you to the entire team at Carlton Hotel Tower. We look forward to working with you again in the future!
Family Banquet
Firstly, I’d like to thank Ms Jolina for accommodating us , she’s so wonderful. The staff are so great as well. Well the food is delicious and tasty.. nice experience with them … F&B department ????????????. Deserts are nice as well. We will recommend the place to everyone!
